What template formats do you work with?
Word (.docx) templates are the most flexible — I use placeholder tags to inject data. I can also work with HTML-to-PDF, existing PDF forms, or build templates from scratch if you don't have one.
Can it generate hundreds of documents at once?
Yes — Standard and Premium are built for bulk generation. I built a system that generates personalised contracts for an entire client database in one run.
What data source do you need?
Excel or CSV for Basic and Standard. Premium supports any source including PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or API data. Just tell me where your data lives.
Can the output be emailed automatically after generation?
Yes — I can add automated email sending as part of the Premium package or as an add-on. Each generated document gets sent to the corresponding recipient automatically.
Do I need Python installed to run it?
Not for Premium — it includes a compiled .exe that runs on any Windows machine with no setup required. Basic and Standard deliver a Python script with a simple requirements file.
