Do I need to give you my WordPress login, or do you set everything up?
I'll need admin access to your existing WordPress site (login + hosting info if it's separate) since we're rebuilding on your current install, not starting from scratch. If you're not sure how to find that, send me your hosting provider and I'll walk you through it.
How long will the redesign actually take?
Basic is 4 days, Standard is 7, Premium is 10. If your site has a lot of custom code or a messy plugin setup, I'll flag that upfront before we start — sometimes those add a day or two, and I'd rather tell you that early than surprise you at delivery.
Will you keep my existing content, or do I need to rewrite everything?
I can work with what you already have — I'll reorganize and tighten it as part of the redesign. If certain pages need new copy, I'll flag exactly what's weak and either fix it or let you know what to send me.
What if my site breaks or looks wrong after you're done?
That's exactly what revisions are for. Every package includes a revision window, and I test across devices before calling anything final. If something's off after delivery, message me — I'm not disappearing the moment the order closes.
Do I need to keep paying for Elementor Pro or any plugins after this?
Depends on what your site needs — I'll tell you upfront if a paid plugin (like Elementor Pro) is required for what we're building, and why, rather than adding it without explaining the cost to you.
What happens after the redesign is delivered?
You get a working, redesigned site plus a walkthrough (Premium includes a call) on how to make basic edits yourself. If you need ongoing updates, new pages, or seasonal changes after that, I'm happy to take those on separately — just message me.
