Yes, any active store works. I'll need temporary access to create a custom app in your Shopify admin — no third-party app installs, no ongoing app fees.
What happens if the automation breaks after delivery?
Every delivery includes a plain-English runbook covering common failures and fixes. I also include a 7-day support window for anything related to my build.
Is my store data safe?
I request only the API scopes the workflow needs, nothing broader. I don't store your data after delivery and will sign an NDA for sensitive projects.
I'm not technical. Can I maintain this myself?
Yes — I design for this deliberately. The runbook explains updates in plain English, no coding needed. Any developer can also pick it up from the documentation.
Can you build on Make instead of Zapier?
