Is a Resale Certificate the same as a Seller’s Permit or Sales Tax License?
They are related but not exactly the same: Seller’s Permit / Sales Tax License: Issued by the state to collect and remit sales tax. Resale Certificate: Used to buy inventory tax-free using your seller permit. In most states, you need both.
How long does it take to get a Resale Certificate?
