What do you need from me to start the project?
Please provide your business/brand name (exact spelling), tagline (if any), preferred colour's, style references or example logos you like, and any specific ideas you already have.
Do you provide the source or vector files?
Yes. Vector/source files (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF) are included in the Standard and Premium packages. For Basic package you can add it as an extra.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic = 2 revision, Standard = 4 revisions, Premium = 6 revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased as an extra.
Are the logos you create original?
Absolutely. All logos are custom-made from scratch; I never use templates or clip art.
Do you design stationery and social media kit as well?
Yes. Business card/letterhead designs and social media kit are included in the Premium package. You can also add them as extras to Basic or Standard packages.
Can you deliver faster than the stated time?
Yes. I offer an Extra Fast Delivery option. Please check the “Gig Extras” section or message me before placing the order.
What if I’m not satisfied with the initial concepts?
You’ll receive multiple concepts depending on your package. If needed, you can request revisions or purchase additional concepts as an extra until you’re happy with the result.
Do you provide 3D mock-ups of the logo?
3D mock-ups are included in the Premium package. For Basic/Standard they can be added as an extra.
In which formats will I receive the final logo?
High-resolution PNG/JPG with transparent background is standard. Vector/source files (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF) and print-ready versions are included in Standard and Premium packages.
