What is a UI/UX designer?
A UI (user interface) designer is a graphic designer with enough technical knowledge to plan how the website/app will look better. And a UX (user experience) designer has to research and try to make it useful, valuable, and easier to use. To make a great website/app design you'll need both.
Which package is best for me?
The standard pack is the perfect choice for all kinds of websites or apps. Like business, portfolio, blog, e-commerce, etc websites. And the premium is the best choice for a big branded website. Also basic is perfect for a simple website.
Will you do the UX wireframing of my design?
We do not make researched wireframes here. We have another gig for the Ux service. But we design simple wireframe for you. Because wireframing is the best way of getting the perfect design that you want and your client's needs.
What source files I will get?
You will get the Figma file link, Figma prototype link, PSD, JPG, and PDF. And also icons, illustrations, and images that are used in the design.
Are graphics and images included?
Yes, we provide them. They are icons, free stock images, and custom-designed assets. If you want to use your image, you can do that. But if you want any commercial image, you need to buy it first.
What software/tools do you use for designing?
We use Figma for designing the website. And Adobe Illustrator for illustrations. We also use Adobe Photoshop for photo editing. Figma is our main tool for the website designing part.
Will I get support/help after the completion of the order?
Of course, you will get one week of free support. If you need any support after the completion of the project, inbox us. We will help you.
Do you code/develop the website from the design?
No, we do not develop the design here. But we do both front-end and back-end. There will be another gig for that service. If you are happy with our work, you can get the development from us here.
Will I get my money back if I do not like your work?
Yes of course. But we ensure that you will like what we do.
