What is the frequency of updates when on project?
Typically every 24 hours. I always try to update you as frequently as possible so that I can keep you in the loop as well as allow you to re-calibrate the project through iterations more effectively.
How do you keep me updated on the project's progress?
After every work session, I will post a detailed update in the order’s chat. These updates include: 1. What was accomplished in the session. 2. Any roadblocks or challenges encountered. 3. The next steps planned for the project. This way, you're always informed about where the project stands.
How do you manage medium-scale projects?
For medium-scale projects, I divide the work into manageable chunks using a Notion Kanban board. Each task is added as a card and categorized under columns like "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Completed."
When are you available for communication during the project?
My availability is as follows: Working Hours: 9 AM to 9 PM PKT (Pakistan Standard Time). Online Availability: I am generally online from 5 AM PKT to 10 PM PKT. I am flexible and can accommodate reasonable adjustments to align with your time zone.
How do you ensure the project stays on track?
