This is a fully custom ChatGPT-powered chatbot — not a basic plugin install like Tidio or Crisp. I build it specifically for your business, train it on your FAQs, and customize the UI to match your brand.
What information do you need to build the chatbot?
I will need your business name, website link, OpenAI API key, a list of FAQs or business information you want the chatbot to know, and your preferred colors and chatbot name. The more details you share, the smarter your chatbot will be.
Will the chatbot work on any WordPress theme?
Yes. The chatbot is built to work with any WordPress theme including Elementor, Divi, Astra, OceanWP, and custom themes. It runs as a widget so it never conflicts with your existing design.
Can I update the chatbot responses myself after delivery?
Yes. I will provide a full video walkthrough showing you exactly how to update FAQs, change responses, and manage the chatbot yourself — no developer needed after delivery.
Do you offer support after delivery?
