Most chatbots fail the same two ways: they invent answers when they don't know something, and you can't correct them without retraining. I build the other kind.

Your bot answers from your own material - product docs, policies, support tickets, a manual. Answers are retrieved from those documents and grounded in them, so when you update a document the answer changes with it.

What's included:

• Ingestion of your content: PDFs, documents, web pages or a database
• - Retrieval and grounding, so every answer traces back to a source you control
• - Designed refusal behaviour. When the answer isn't in your material the bot says so and offers a handover instead of improvising
• - A chat interface embedded in your site or app, styled to match it
• - Human handover, with the transcript attached
• - Arabic, Hebrew and English, including a correct right-to-left interface

I have built this twice: a support assistant for a B2B platform, and a Hebrew tutor for a language nonprofit.
