It's a bi-directional data replication method. In this mechanism, both servers could act as a master and both have the read and write access on the database.
What is Multi Master and Multi Salve server Model?
It's a bi-directional & uni-directional data replication method. In this mechanism, some servers could act as a master and some servers could act as a slave server. But in this mechanism slave server should be work only with one master-slave server.
