What if you cannot fix it?
If the problem is outside n8n, for example an app that is down or an account limit, I explain exactly what is wrong and what to do next. Message me a screenshot before ordering and I will confirm it is in scope.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Invite me to your n8n Cloud as a collaborator, or send the workflow JSON with credentials removed. You add your own credentials back after the fix.
Do you work on self-hosted n8n?
Yes. n8n Cloud and self-hosted installs, including Docker on a VPS.
Can you fix Make or Zapier too?

What counts as one issue?
One problem with one cause, such as a failing node or wrong data in one step. If I find more while fixing it, I tell you before doing extra work.
What happens after delivery?
If the same issue comes back within 7 days, I fix it free.
