Does the package include model fine-tuning?
No. The packages focus on API integration, prompt design, structured outputs and optional RAG. Fine-tuning and dataset preparation are quoted separately.
Can you build RAG or document question answering?
Yes. RAG is included in Premium or can be added to a custom Standard scope when the data volume and document types are clear.
Who pays API and hosting costs?
The client pays OpenAI, Anthropic, hosting, database, email, storage and payment-provider charges directly.
