About this gig
I will automate Canva design generation using Make.com and Canva API.
Automate repetitive design tasks and generate high-quality Canva designs directly from your data. I build reliable Make.com workflows that use the official Canva API to auto-fill templates, export final images/PDFs, and deliver files to your destination (Google Drive, Dropbox, email, or CRM).
Why choose this gig
- I build workflows using Make.com and the official Canva API so the process is stable and scalable.
- Work is done in your accounts for security and easy ownership transfer.
- Clear documentation and tested outputs so you can run batch jobs without manual edits.
Important notes
- You need a Canva Pro account (required for API access). I will guide you through the connection steps.
- Message me before ordering so I can confirm scope and delivery timeframe based on your template complexity and the number of templates/rows to process.
Message me now with a short description of what you want to automate (example: Generate certificates from a Google Sheet and save PDFs to Drive) and I will recommend the best package and delivery timeframe.

FAQ
What do I need before you start?
You’ll need a Canva Pro account (for API access) and a Make.com account. I’ll guide you step-by-step through connecting both.
Can I use my own Canva templates?
Yes! Just share your template link and tell me which fields (like Name, Price, Date) should change automatically.
Can you automate multiple templates at once?
Absolutely — I can connect multiple templates to your data source so Canva generates multiple designs in one click.
Will I get documentation?
Yes — every project includes visual workflow documentation and clear notes on how to make edits later.
Can you connect Canva with other tools (Google Drive, Email, CRMs)?
Yes — I can integrate Canva with Drive, Dropbox, Gmail, Airtable, HubSpot, or any app supported by Make.com.
Is it secure?
Yes — all automations run in your own Make.com account. I don’t store or access your credentials directly.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — all packages include 7-day post-delivery support. You can also purchase monthly monitoring as an extra.
