What do I need to provide to get started?
All I need is the Matterport Share Link (ensure it is set to Public or Unlisted). If you don't have a Matterport scan, you can send me clear floor plan sketches with measurements or architectural blueprints in PDF/JPG format.
Which file formats will I receive?
You will receive the native ESX file, which is ready for immediate import into Xactimate. I also provide a PDF Floor Plan for easy viewing and a SKX file upon request.
How accurate are the sketches?
