1. Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. In most cases your existing business number can be connected to the official API. Depending on your setup, it may need to be moved off the WhatsApp app first. I'll check your number and confirm before we start.
2. Will I get the green tick?
I can't guarantee it. Meta awards the green tick separately, and rarely to small businesses. What I guarantee is a properly verified business account with your business name shown, so customers know it's really you.
3. Are there any extra costs besides my order?
Yes, Meta charges message fees directly to your account. Replies to customers who message you first are usually free. Marketing messages you send first are charged by country. For AI replies, the AI provider bills its usage separately.
4. What do I need to provide?
Your Facebook Business account (or I'll help you create one), the phone number you want to use, your business documents for verification, and your FAQs, prices and hours so the bot gives correct answers.
5. Can the bot hand chats over to me?
Yes. When a customer asks something the bot can't handle, or types "agent," the chat is handed to you or your team with a notification, so no customer is left without an answer.
6. Can my bot reply in other languages?
Yes. The AI-powered bot (Premium) can understand and reply in English, Urdu, Arabic and most other major languages. Rule-based bots (Standard) can be set up in one or two languages of your choice.
