I'm an accountant with 5+ years of experience cleaning up and maintaining the books of multiple small businesses. I've seen the problems that cause unreconciled accounts: duplicates, misposted entries, missing months and opening balance errors. FAQ
Do you need my password?
No. I only need an invitation as an Accountant user. You stay in control and can revoke access at any time.
Will you delete my transactions?
I correct and recategorize. Anything I can't verify is flagged for you rather than deleted, and I list every significant change.
Is Xero supported?
This gig covers QuickBooks Online only. Message me about Xero and yes I have experience with Xero too.
What if I'm over my transaction limit?
Message me before ordering. I'll quote a custom offer or recommend the right package.
Can you handle payroll or inventory?
Those need a custom quote because they take more time and review.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. I use your files only for this project and delete any downloaded files after delivery.
Do you offer ongoing monthly bookkeeping?
Yes. Many clients continue with me after cleanup. Ask for a monthly offer.
What happens if my books don't reconcile?
I find the cause (duplicates, missing items, opening balance errors) and fix it, or tell you exactly what's missing.
