What counts as one issue?
One problem with one cause, for example a broken contact form or a layout error on one page. If a fix uncovers a second problem, we tell you before doing more.
My site is completely down. Which package?
Emergency Recovery. Message us first and we start as soon as the order is placed.
Do you need my login?
Yes, WordPress admin and sometimes hosting or FTP access. We ask through the order page and recommend a temporary user you can delete afterwards.
Will you back up my site first?
Yes. We take a backup before changing anything, so the site can be restored if something goes wrong.
Do you fix Shopify or other platforms?
This Gig is for WordPress and WooCommerce. Message us about other platforms.
What if you cannot fix it?
We will say so before you order. If a fix is not possible after the order, we cancel it at no cost to you.
