Yes, if the issue is visible in the current setup. I will first audit the source of the duplicate event and then recommend or apply the fix based on your package.
Do you need admin access?
Access is usually needed for setup. If you prefer, we can work through a guided screen share or limited collaborator access.
Can you track checkout events on Shopify?
Shopify checkout tracking depends on your Shopify plan and setup. I will confirm what is technically possible before making changes.
Will you provide a report?
Yes. The Premium package includes a simple tracking summary. For full Looker Studio reporting, I can quote a custom extra.
