FAQ
What’s the difference between Shared and Dedicated?
Shared gives you an assistant who also supports a few other clients, for up to 3 vacancies at a time. Dedicated gives you one assistant who works only for you, 40 hours a week, for any number of vacancies, plus a daily report.
Do you work with Section 8 and other voucher tenants?
Yes. I’ve placed voucher holders through Section 8 (CMHA), EDEN and CHN. I handle the paperwork, inspection scheduling and follow-up with case managers, so placements don’t stall. Cash tenants go through the same process.
Do you do in-person showings?
I work remotely, so I don’t attend showings myself. I schedule and confirm showings with qualified applicants for you, your agent or a self-showing lockbox, and follow up with every prospect afterward.
Who approves the tenant?
You do. I screen applications against your criteria and send you a clear summary, and you make the final decision. I follow Fair Housing rules and apply your criteria the same way to every applicant. I’m not a licensed real estate agent; you stay in control of every lease.
Which markets do you cover?
Anywhere in the US. I’ve leased properties in Ohio, Missouri, Texas and California, and listing sites and voucher programs work the same way everywhere. I just need your rent price, criteria and showing access.
