Hello, my name is Rafay, I'm a passionate and experienced game developer, I'm looking for work to fund my indie game of my dreams.
I have been learning and building game mechanics for a better part of 7 years now. I would say my main expertise is in gameplay programming in unity and unreal. I have extensive experience in both engines.

Which engine will you build the game in, Unity or Unreal?
It really depends on your idea as both engines are suited to different games, if the idea is around a 1st person or 3rd person game or it requires graphical fidelity, I would suggest Unreal. If the idea is logic heavy like a simulation game or is intended for mobile, Unity is the way to go.
Will I get the project files?
Yes, the source code and project files is included in all tiers. You will be delivered all the files either through a cloud link or through a version control system if you're comfortable with one, I have experience with github, gitlab, plastic-scm, perforce, subversion and diversion.
