Senior mechanical design engineer with 4+ years designing UAV airframes and mechanical products, from first sizing to parts the shop can build. I deliver native CAD, STEP, PDF and DWG/DXF drawings, BOMs and design reports. Recent work: an ISR quadcopter released to manufacturing, a tilt-wing VTOL demonstrator, a river delivery hovercraft, an outdoor kiosk enclosure and steel parts rebuilt from 3D scans. I design for the process: CFRP/GFRP composites, CNC, sheet metal and 3D printing. I also deliver PCB design with the enclosure built to fit. Send your files for a scope, price and timeline.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Sketches, photos, rough dimensions or a reference product. For enclosures, your PCB STEP file or outline with connector positions. Tell me the process and quantity you plan.
Which files will I receive?
SolidWorks part and assembly files, STEP, PDF drawings, DWG/DXF for laser or CNC, and STL for printing.
Will the design be ready to manufacture?
Yes. I design for your process: draft and wall thickness for molding, bend radii and flat patterns for sheet metal, tool access for CNC, clearances for 3D printing.
Can you design an enclosure around my PCB?
Yes. I add bosses, cutouts, snap fits or screws and venting, then check the board fits before delivery.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share details. Your files stay confidential and all rights to the design are yours after delivery.
Can you make a prototype?
On request I can arrange 3D-printed (FDM, SLA, SLS) or CNC prototypes. Ask me for a quote.
