Can every dissolved UK company be restored?
Eligibility depends on the company's dissolution history, timing and applicable legal requirements. I review the available Companies House records to help identify the appropriate route before document preparation.
What is RT01, and does my company qualify?
RT01 is the Companies House form for administrative restoration. This route is generally available to eligible former directors or shareholders following qualifying registrar strike-offs. A company voluntarily struck off by its directors generally requires court restoration instead.
Are Companies House and government fees included?
My packages cover the advertised research and administrative documentation services. The current Companies House administrative restoration fee is £341. Outstanding filing fees, penalties and any applicable waiver or professional charges are separate.
Can you help if my company needs court restoration?
I can research the company's history and identify official court-restoration guidance. However, court petitions, legal advice and representation are not included. Cases requiring a court order should be handled with an appropriately qualified UK legal professional.
What is a bona vacantia waiver letter?
It is written consent from the relevant Crown representative that may be needed where a dissolved company's assets have vested in the Crown. Premium includes assistance preparing applicable waiver paperwork, but does not guarantee that a waiver will be issued.
How long does company restoration take?
My package delivery times apply to completing the research and agreed documents. The actual restoration timeline depends on Companies House, the completeness of the application, outstanding filings and other authorities. I cannot guarantee an approval date.
