I will do both quantitative and qualitative analysis for a company

I will prepare and vet short/long company profiles for buy-side/sell-side transactions primarily catering to potential business development opportunities in Mergers & Acquisitions [M&A] parlance. This would mainly include:

• Key management personnel
• Shareholding pattern
• Trading comparables in case of a listed company
• Recent M&A news
• Financial statements analysis including ratio analysis
• Qualitative analysis such as market sizing, key trends & drivers, competition benchmarking, future outlook etc.
• SWOT and Porter's 5 forces analysis
