I will build a 13 week cash flow forecast in excel or google sheets
Financial Modeling and Credit Analyst, Ex VP Credit at OakNorth Bank
About this Gig
Worried about when cash will get tight? A 13-week cash flow forecast shows you, week by week, before it happens.
Im a former VP Credit at OakNorth Bank (UK). For 6 years I judged whether businesses could pay their bills and their lenders, and the 13-week forecast is the tool banks rely on to do that. Ill build one for your business.
What you get:
- Weekly cash in and cash out for the next 13 weeks (customers, payroll, suppliers, rent, tax, loans)
- Your lowest cash week, compared with the minimum you want to keep
- Credit line draws and repayments, if you have one
- Forecast vs actual tracking, so it improves every week
- What-if scenarios, such as late customer payments or extra spend
- Simple instructions so you can update it yourself
Ideal for businesses with tight cash, stock or seasonal swings, businesses talking to a bank or investor, and fractional CFOs who need a reliable cash tool.
Built in Excel or Google Sheets, with checks that confirm everything ties. Not sure which package fits? Message me first.

FAQ
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Inputs are clearly marked and an instructions tab shows how to roll it forward each week in about 15–20 minutes.
Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. I build it from reports you export, such as bank activity and receivables and payables aging. No direct connection is needed.
Which package should I choose?
Basic for simple businesses, Standard if you have customer and supplier terms or purchase orders, Premium if you have a credit line or are talking to a lender.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. I work alone and I’m happy to sign an NDA.
What if my data is incomplete?
That’s common. I’ll list what’s missing, use clearly marked placeholders, and you can update them later.
