BASIC - Organize Your CRM
Up to 10 custom fields, 1 layout and 2 list views.
STANDARD - Automate Your Process
Up to 15 fields, 2 layouts, 3 list views, 2 native workflow rules, 1 email template, 1 CRM report and a 20-minute handover.
PREMIUM - Streamline Your CRM
Up to 30 fields, 3 layouts, 5 list views, 4 native workflows, 2 custom workflow, 2 email templates, access configuration for 5 users using existing roles, 3 CRM reports, 1 dashboard with up to 5 components and a 30-minute handover.
Package quantities are totals. Each workflow includes one trigger and up to five native actions. Reports use your existing CRM data.
For existing Zoho CRM accounts. Subscriptions, migrations, custom code, external integrations and separate Zoho Analytics app dashboards are excluded.

Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me with your requirements and Zoho CRM edition so I can confirm the features available, recommend the right package and agree on the scope before you order.
What do you need to get started?
I need a brief explanation of your sales process, the changes you want, your Zoho CRM edition and any relevant examples. For reports, please describe the metrics you want to track. We will confirm the required account access before work begins.
Do these packages include a new Zoho CRM account or subscription?
No. These packages cover customization of an existing Zoho CRM account. Your Zoho subscription and any additional software costs are separate. Some features require a higher Zoho edition, which we will check before ordering. Account setup can be added as Add-on
What types of workflows can you configure?
I configure native Zoho CRM workflow rules, such as creating follow-up tasks, updating fields or sending email notifications. 1 Custom workflow will be added on PREMIUM package.
What does a revision include?
A revision adjusts the delivered work within our agreed requirements. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard and Premium include 2. Additional modules, workflows, reports or changes to the original requirements need a separate quote. Errors in my delivery will be corrected without using your revision.
How will you access my Zoho CRM?
Where your plan allows, you can invite me as a separate user with the permissions needed for the agreed tasks. Please do not send your personal password. We will agree on the access method before starting, and you can remove my access after the handover.
Does this Gig include Zoho Analytics dashboards?
The reports and dashboard in these packages are built inside Zoho CRM using your existing data. Separate Zoho Analytics dashboards are not included. Please message me if you need Zoho Analytics work so we can discuss a separate scope.
