How quickly can you start?
Within my available hours (Mon-Fri 8-11 PM IST, and weekends). Message me before ordering and I'll confirm I'm online. Most single issues are fixed the same evening.
What access do you need?
SSH access to the server, or a Plesk login. Please create a temporary user for me if you can, and change or remove it after the fix. I never need more access than the job requires.
What if the problem is in my app's code?
If the server is fine but your app's own code is failing, I'll show you exactly where and why it fails, so you or your developer can fix it. We'll agree on next steps before I do anything outside this gig's scope.
Will you change anything else on my server?
No. I take a backup first, change only what's needed to fix the problem, and give you a list of every change I made.
Can you stop this from happening again?
Yes. The Premium package includes uptime alerts and a 48-hour check-in after the fix. For ongoing monitoring and maintenance, message me about a monthly plan.
