- Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls where we deep-dive into your progress, identify patterns & blockers and adjust your strategy for the week ahead.
- Daily Accountability System- I will check in multiple times a day to ensure you're on track.
- Personalised Tracking System- we will track habits, monitor progress, stay organised and on track.

What exactly is accountability coaching?
Accountability coaching is ongoing support to help you stay consistent, follow through on your goals, and build better habits. Instead of just setting goals, I help you create structure and check in regularly so you stick to them. I will be there on the other side of the phone cheering you on!
How often will we communicate?
Daily check-ins (morning, midday and evening- roughly 3-5 times a day) Weekly 1:1 coaching calls- usually 30mins You’ll have consistent support throughout the week.
Is this only for fitness or weight loss?
No — this is a holistic coaching service. We can work on: Productivity & routine Career/business goals Health & fitness Mindset & confidence Lifestyle habits I am a personal trainer so I will be able to give specific health and fitness advice and provide gym plans and food diary analysis also :)
