How long does UK company restoration take?
Administrative restoration (RT01) is usually the faster route and can often be completed within a few weeks once documents are filed correctly, though Companies House processing time is outside my control.
Can you restore my company if I'm not a UK resident?
Yes a large part of my client base is non-UK resident directors. I handle identity verification and communication with Companies House remotely so you don't need to be in the UK.
What's the difference between administrative and court restoration?
Administrative restoration (RT01) applies if the company was struck off by Companies House and you were a director/shareholder, generally within 6 years. Court restoration is required in more complex cases — I'll tell you which one
Are Companies House fees included in your price?
No my gig price covers my service (filing, liaison, compliance guidance). Government and any court fees are paid separately, directly to Companies House
What if my company also has overdue accounts or VAT issues?
I can handle those as part of the same job just flag it when you message me so I can scope the full restoration correctly.
