Do you work with public sector or charity clients?
Yes — this is actually a specialism of mine. I have extensive experience designing content for government services and understand the accessibility, plain English and policy constraints that come with this work.
Will you just make my existing copy sound better, or do you rewrite it?
It depends on what it needs. Sometimes a light edit is enough, other times a full rewrite may be needed. I'll always be honest with you about which approach will actually solve the problem.
