What if I don't know all my costs?
I send you a fill-in Excel workbook — one tab per data type (products, costs, ads, shipping). Fill what you can, attach your exports. For anything missing, I propose a value and you approve it in writing before I start — nothing enters the analysis without your sign-off.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Your data stays private, is never reused, and I can sign an NDA (see extras). Data is deleted 30 days after delivery.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify primarily. WooCommerce, Etsy and Amazon work too — just mention it before ordering so I adapt the data checklist.
Why not just use an analytics app?
Apps show you dashboards. I show you decisions: what to change first, and how many € each fix is worth. You keep the report, not another subscription.
How far back do you analyze?
3 months for Basic, 6-12 months for Standard and Premium (needed for trends and channel-level CAC).
What results can I expect?
You leave with a ranked list of fixes and the € impact of each one. Outcomes depend on your baseline — but in our experience, most stores have at least one leak worth more than the audit itself.
How many recommendations will I get?
The packages list a baseline (3 for Basic, 7-10 for Standard). In practice, your store almost always needs more — you get every fix that matters.
