Will you need my WordPress admin login or hosting access?
Yes. To fully clean a site, I need either WordPress admin credentials and FTP/cPanel access, or temporary hosting panel access. All credentials are handled securely and you should change your passwords once the work is complete. I'll remind you to do this at the end.
What if my site gets reinfected after the cleanup?
My Standard and Premium packages include security hardening steps that significantly reduce the chance of reinfection things like locking down file permissions, removing backdoors, and setting up a firewall. The Premium package also includes 30 days of monitoring so I can catch anything unusual ea
Can you remove my site from Google's blacklist after cleaning it?
Yes. Once the malware is fully removed I'll submit a review request to Google Search Console on your behalf. In most cases Google removes the warning within 24–72 hours after the site passes their review. This is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
How long does the malware removal process take?
Most cleanups are completed within 12–24 hours. Heavily infected or large sites may take up to 48 hours. I'll give you a realistic timeline once I've had a quick look at the site, and I'll keep you updated throughout the process.
