Do I need to give you remote access to my router?
Yes. I work 100% remotely via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or SSH — whichever you prefer. You can also create a temporary VPN or Winbox access for me. I never share your credentials with anyone.
Will my internet or network go down during the work?
There may be brief interruptions during configuration (usually seconds to a few minutes). I always work carefully, take a backup first, and restore if anything goes wrong. For critical networks, I schedule work during your maintenance window.
What information do you need before starting?
Please share: Router model (e.g., hEX, RB4011, CCR2004) RouterOS version A brief description of what you need (firewall, VPN, routing, hotspot, etc.) Current network diagram (if available) Any specific requirements or restrictions
Do you provide documentation of the changes?
Yes. Depending on your package: Basic: Summary of changes Standard: Brief documentation Premium: Full documentation (config export, firewall rules, VPN settings, routing tables, and step-by-step notes)
Can you configure VPN on my Mikrotik?
Absolutely. I configure: L2TP/IPSec PPTP IPSec (site-to-site and road-warrior) WireGuard OpenVPN (via RouterOS) SSTP I also test the VPN after setup to confirm it works.
Do you support ISP-level configurations like BGP and multi-WAN?
