Do you work with other existing UI UX designing tools ?
Yes, To make UI UX, I do work on other existing tools as well. But that depends on client's asking. I usually use Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Very important concern, I usually try to discuss as much as possible to get a clear concern and vision of the project path before placing any orders. And I work until you say it's PERFECT !

What is your policy for project cancellation if accidentally needed ?
To be frank, I hate project cancellation. That's why i always prefer to have a deep conversation about the project before receiving any orders. So please try to avoid this!!.
