B/ As an Architect, I can also for additional fees optimize your plan and advice you

C/I will make the design and draw your project documentation.

The deliverable files:

• The source file DWG or DWF
• pdf version for diverse use
• 3D modeling and rendering or even a VR animation (depending on the demand related to my other gig)

What I need to work properly:

• Your pdf files with annotations or indication of scale, images, sketches (plan, elevation, section)
• Pictures (optional)
