I will build a simple CRM to help you organize customers and track leads.
Your CRM includes three screens: administrator login, customer management and a basic dashboard.
You can add, view, edit, delete and search customer records. Each record includes a name, company, email, phone, status and notes. Track leads using four statuses: New, Contacted, Won and Lost.
The dashboard shows your total customers and a count for each status.
I use a reusable application foundation, customized with your business name, supplied logo and one accent color. You receive a responsive interface, connected database, source code, setup instructions and a working staging demo.
This offer covers one administrator account and the features listed above. Integrations, automations, additional features, data migration, production deployment and hosting costs are not included.

The $150 launch price covers the custom CRM scope we agree on before ordering, including setup and deployment. Send your requirements first so I can confirm the price and timeline. Larger projects may require a custom offer.
Can you include integrations and automations?
Yes. I can connect supported APIs and build automations such as status changes, notifications and data syncing. Tell me which systems and actions you need so we can include them in the agreed scope.
Can you import my existing customer data?
Yes, if data migration is included in our agreed scope. Send a sanitized sample file, the approximate number of records and any cleanup requirements so I can assess the import before you order.
Is setup and installation included?
Yes. I will configure the application, database and administrator access, deploy to one compatible hosting account you own, and test the agreed features. Hosting, domains and third-party fees are paid by you.
Can different users have different permissions?
Yes. We can define roles and control what each user can view or change. Please describe your team structure and access requirements before ordering so these permissions are included in the scope.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. You receive the custom source code and setup notes, and the hosting account remains yours. Third-party tools retain their own licenses. Ongoing maintenance and future feature development are separate.
What does the revision include?
One consolidated round of adjustments to the agreed design and functionality. Additional modules, new integrations or changes to the original requirements may need a separate quote.
