Q1-What will you need to get started order?
I will need some details about logo name, tag line, preferred colors, any logo concept/ any sample / sketch etc. All the details requested for the logo design will be automatically asked when you will place me an order.
Q2-Should I discuss logo detail with you before placing an order?
You can place an order directly also, but discussing is best way for placing a order so that I can answer your questions and we are on the same page when the order starts.
Q3-Can I get a complex (Character, Cartoonish, Mascot and Emblem etc) logo ?
No, I did not offer a complex (Character, Cartoonish, Mascot and Emblem etc) logo or you can discuss a complex logo with me before placing me order.
Q4-What is 'Delivery Time' in the package?
Delivery Time is the amount of time in days that takes a seller to send a first Initial designs. Working on revision will take extra time depending upon changes needed. Kindly do not get confused with Delivery Time. It shows first/initial design delivery, not the whole project completion time.
Q5-Which Package should you select?
My recommendation is always towards the STANDARD or PREMIUM package (highly recommended) as they offer more Logo options to chose from including all main items. The BASIC pack is well suited for those who are looking for a simple basic logo with only Jpeg and png file.
Q6-What does source files mean and how they are helpful?
Source files are the original files of the logo with the hep of this you can edit/resize the logo to any size without losing quality using the Adobe Illustrator software.
Q7-What is social media kit?
Social media kit is files of the images of your logo for social media pages and different sizes of your logo to use in other social media places etc.
Q8-What is stationery designs?
In the Stationary design i will provide you double sided business card, envelop & letterhead design and flyer etc. which will be available in different formats to get it printed.
