Local SEO compounds. Profile-level signals show within 30 days. Citation impact takes 60 to 90 days. Local pack movement typically begins month 3 to 6 depending on competition. I do not guarantee specific rankings — Google does, based on many factors. I focus on the signals it rewards.
Why monthly instead of one-time?
Local SEO is not a one-time fix. Google rewards consistent activity (Posts, photos, citations, reviews) over months. One-time optimization is the foundation; monthly work is what moves rankings. Most home services businesses see real movement in months 3 to 6 of consistent work.
Do you guarantee first page or top 3?
No, and Fiverr's policy prohibits sellers from making outcome guarantees outside their control. Any seller promising specific positions is either misleading you or risks account suspension. I focus on the inputs Google rewards. The output (rankings) follows over time.
What citation directories do you use?
Tier 1 (universal): Yelp, BBB, Yellow Pages, Foursquare, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places. Tier 2 (home services niche): Houzz, NARI, NKBA, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, manufacturer find-a-pro pages. Tier 3 (geo-specific): Chamber of Commerce, local lifestyle / homes magazines. Never spam/paid
What do you need from me each month?
Month 1: GBP Manager access, website login (or your dev's email), brand assets, recent photos. Ongoing: 5 to 15 fresh project photos per month, any new services or promotions to feature, response to any review/post drafts I send for approval.
What is included in the report?
Local pack ranking grid (current vs. previous month for top 5 keywords), citations added with URLs, Posts published, photos uploaded, Q & A activity, GBP performance metrics (calls, direction requests, profile views), and next-month priorities.
Can you also build backlinks?
I focus on local citations and authority links from niche-relevant sources (manufacturer profiles, association memberships, chambers, homes / lifestyle media). I do not buy backlinks, do PBN links, or use any link scheme. Those are penalty risks under Google's Spam Policies.
What if I want to pause?
You simply do not place the next month's order. Local SEO does not collapse if you pause for a month, though momentum slows. When you resume, I pick up where I left off.
Do you handle reviews too?
I do not write, fake, or buy reviews — that violates the FTC Consumer Reviews Rule (effective October 2024) and Google policy. I can advise on review request systems, response templates, and review velocity benchmarks. Actual review acquisition stays with you and your customers.
What if rankings drop during the engagement?
Google Algorithm updates and competitor activity can cause fluctuations regardless of work quality. If a drop happens, I review for cause (algorithm change, competitor move, profile issue, technical site issue) and adjust the next month's plan. I do not refund based on ranking fluctuations.
