okay, when the order will be delivered, please go to the bottom of the order page and you will find an option of sending " Revision Request "
Why PNG file is not showing up?
Some image previewer software does not support the png file. So instead of checking the png file, I would suggest you "upload it on teespring.com" or you're on your design upload platform.
When should i get printable file?
As soon as you confirm delivered mockup I'll deliver printable files.
