I am a food writer, recipe developer, food photographer and cookbook author from Christchurch New Zealand. I have a bachelor's degree, a post-graduate diploma in Education and a 3-year graduate fine arts degree in non-fiction writing.

Whatever you need! Content can be written in imperial/metric etc, photos shot to requirements, ingredients, method, recipe notes, substitutions, allergy info etc.
Are all recipes created from scratch?
Yes, you will always receive recipes I have created and tested from scratch, I do NOT use AI or similar tools.
What type of videos do you create?
I specialise in short-form, 30–60 second videos for social media reels, and ads. My content focuses on food, recipes, and product-based brands, using an authentic UGC (user-generated content) style that feels natural and engaging.
