That will be different for each person depending on your baseline, as well as the goals you are trying to achieve. Most people see changes quickly, however my goal is to provide lasting accountability, which you can only prove to yourself over time! Be ready for change and it will happen.

I can help with accountability for almost any goal/problem. Some strategies will be unique to your specific goal, while many strategies are applicable to almost any goal achievement.

Clients most often meet with me 1-2 times a week. However, I have met with many clients 3-5 times a week. In addition, clients communicate anywhere from once to multiple times a day between meetings via messaging through Fiverr.

Improvements are often seen in 3-4 weeks. My format and style lends itself to quick improvement --> By meeting and messaging often through the week I provide an arena to share in wins and work through challenges while they are occurring rather than having to wait until our next meeting to discuss.

If you order a package, I am committed to working with you for that time, and need that commitment back. Please be ready to go before ordering a larger package! In addition if I do not hear from you in 7 days after repeated messages, or the order is within 24h of being due, I will deliver in full.

Yes! 1) I meet over GoogleMeet or Zoom. 2) I message through the Fiverr platform only. 3) I do not message at specific times in the day, but, we can agree for you to message me at a specific time and I will expect it and check. 4) Tracking tools are utilized on a case-by-case basis.
