Monthly bookkeeping includes transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, and updated financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
How do I send you my financial information?
I will work directly in QuickBooks Online, or you can securely share bank statements and access depending on your setup (I will never ask for your personal login information).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel monthly bookkeeping anytime based on your needs.
What size business do you work with?
I work best with small businesses, contractors, and service-based businesses with up to a few hundred monthly transactions. I also have experience with mid and large businesses with my current employer.
How often will I receive updates?
You will receive monthly financial reports after each bookkeeping cycle is completed. If you would like updates on the progress of your books, I am happy to do so.
