Do you need my QuickBooks password?
No, and please never share it. After you order, I'll send an accountant invite request. You add me as an accountant user in QBO, and you can remove my access anytime.
What if my books are very messy or years behind?
That's what I do. Message me before ordering with a short description and I'll recommend the right package or send a custom offer.
Can you fix sales tax, payroll, or inventory issues?
Basic fixes can be included or added as an extra. For complex cases, message me first so I can review and quote.
What if I'm behind by more than 12 months or have multiple businesses?
Message me for a custom offer. Multi-year and multi-entity projects are quoted based on transaction volume.
Can you keep my books updated after the cleanup?
Yes. Many clients move to monthly bookkeeping once the cleanup is done, and I can send a custom offer for it.
Is my financial information kept confidential?
Yes. I treat all financial data and communication confidential. Also ready to sign NDA, if required.
