Which AI model will you use for my chatbot?
That depends on your requirement. I primarily work with OpenAI GPT-4 and Claude, but I can also integrate Gemini or other models based on your preference or budget. We can discuss this before you place an order.
What is RAG and do I need it?
RAG stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation. It allows the chatbot to answer questions based on your own content, documents, or knowledge base rather than generic AI responses. If you want the bot to know your products, services, or policies specifically, you need RAG.
Will I own the source code?
Full source code delivery is included in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard, the chatbot is delivered as a working integration. If you need source code on a lower tier, it is available as a paid extra.
What do you need from me to get started?
