About this gig

Goal: a business invisible on Google Maps. No profile, so it never showed up in "near me" searches and every review went to other businesses.


Solution: I created the profile from scratch, with the right category and secondary ones, service area instead of a public address, real hours, photos and a description written around how customers actually search. Then the review flow: who to ask, when, and a direct link so leaving one takes two taps.


Impact: it now appears on Maps, and I measure it weekly. Rating, reviews missing for the next star, and unanswered ones pulling the score down.
