FAQ
Will it look fake or obviously AI generated?
That's the main thing I get hired to prevent. After the AI pass I go in by hand and fix shadows, scale, reflections and perspective. If a piece of furniture can't sit believably in your room, I remove it rather than ship it.
Can I use these on the MLS, Zillow, or Redfin?
Yes, as long as they're disclosed. Most MLS boards require virtually staged images to be labeled. I include a "Virtually Staged" watermark on request and keep your original unedited photo on file so you have it if anyone asks.
The room already has furniture in it. Can you still stage it?
Yes. I remove the existing furniture first (occupied to vacant), then stage it fresh. Add the furniture removal extra and send the photo as is.
How fast can you turn it around?
