I'm not technical. Will I be able to operate this after handoff?
Yes. Every build ships with (1) a walkthrough recording, (2) a 1-page operating doc, (3) a screenshare session where I show your team how to make basic changes. The workflow runs unsupervised after handoff — you only touch it for ICP tuning or new lead sources.
What if my lead sources aren't on your connector list?
I support every major source (Facebook Lead Ads, GHL, HubSpot, Typeform, Zapier triggers, custom webhooks, Calendly, raw email parsing). If yours isn't standard, send it before ordering and I'll confirm we can route it.
How is this different from a Zapier setup?
Zapier moves data. This makes decisions on the data. The AI qualifier reads the lead in plain English, weighs intent + timing + budget + fit against YOUR ICP, and routes only the hot ones to your closer. Zapier can't do that without a paid add-on stack costing more than this build.
Do you maintain this after delivery?
4 days of tuning is included in Standard. After that: either DIY (you'll have the docs), or buy Premium which include tuning at 30 days. I don't do indefinite free maintenance, but if that is needed I do offer a monthly retainer option.
Can you build this on cloud n8n instead of self-hosted?
Yes. Specify "n8n.cloud" in your order brief and I'll deploy there. Cloud n8n has execution limits — for high-volume lead flow (1000+/day), self-hosted is more cost-effective long-term. I'll guide you during scoping.
What if I want to add more output routes after delivery?
Easy! The workflow is documented and modular. You can add routes yourself, or message me — I do hourly maintenance at $97/hr for past clients.
How long is actual delivery?
5 Business days from order confirmation. Day 1-2: scoping + ICP capture. Day 3-4: build. Day 5: screenshare handover test. Faster if you respond same-day on Day 1-2 questions.
Do I need a paid n8n license?
Self-hosted n8n is free (you host it). n8n.cloud has paid tiers starting ~$20/mo. I'll recommend the right path based on your volume during scoping.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send a standard NDA before scoping; I'll sign and return same-day. No additional charge.
