FAQ
Do I have to provide a video reference for the movement?
Yes, absolutely. I only animate movements based on clear reference videos or GIFs you provide. I do not create complex actions from text descriptions alone.
Do you provide detailed backgrounds?
No. I only provide solid colors, transparent backgrounds, or very basic sky/gradient shapes. I do not paint complex rooms, cities, or landscapes.
What does a revision cover?
Revisions cover small fixes like adjusting line colors or slight timing tweaks. A revision does not cover re-drawing the character, changing the movement after the sketch is approved, or adding new elements
Do you add music or sound effects?
No, I only provide the visual video file (MP4 or GIF). I do not provide sound design, audio syncing, or music
What happens if I order without messaging you first?
If an order is placed without prior discussion and requests complex actions or designs outside my style, the order will be mutually canceled through the Resolution Center
Will you post my animation on your social media or portfolio?
Yes. I reserve the right to display the finished animation in my portfolio, Fiverr gallery, or personal art accounts to showcase my work. If your project is strictly private, please let me know before placing the order.
Who owns the character and animation?
You retain 100% ownership of your original character. I provide you the full right to share and display the finished animation clip. Tagging me on your socials is appreciated but not mandatory.
