What do you need to get started?
To get started, we will need the basic background of your company, your goals, and your expectation. A short questionnaire form that you will need to fill out, it shouldn't take your more than 15 minutes. we strongly recommend you to use screencast software to communicate with us.
Do you really take care of everything?
Yes, the goal is to help you save time and eliminate hassles, so you can focus on running your business. With unlimited revisions, while the project is open within 30days, we will be on top of your project 7 days a week to make sure the project is running smoothly.
Will I be able to update and make a change to my website easily?
Absolutely. We will provide you with the admin access, along with easy to follow video demonstration if you want to learn how to make minor changes yourself. Please note that with each package, you will also get ONE free content update every month.
Do you provide hosting and or domain name registration?
Yes, we do. Each package comes with 12-months hosting and domain name registration. If you already have a domain name and hosting, please contact us, so I can direct you to another package that we have.
What is the turnaround time for each package?
Turnaround time varies, it depends on your project requirements and the package that you selected. For reference, the basic package, it will be about 5-7 days for the first DEMO. For the Standard and Premium package, from start to finish, you are looking at about 2 to 8 weeks.
What about website content?
Yup, it is all included with all 3 packages. The goals are to provide engaging content for your website, to make sure your website does not confuse your customers, tells your brand story, so it drives sales and traffics.
Do you offer updates and revision to the site? How does it work?
For each package, you will get unlimited revision for 30 days AFTER the demo is shown. After the site is approved and put up live, you can request for website update every 30 days for 12 months, as long as your current on the hosting plan. We will make sure to keep your site up to date and secure.
Do you offer custom PSD layout to Wordpress development?
Absolutely. If you need something more unique to your brand or if you have any special request, please send us a message, so we discuss pricing for the upgrade.
What about SEO?
SEO services addon is included with the Standard and Premium package. With that, your business website will be indexed by Google search engine much faster, you will get more traffic to your website comparing to a site that is not optimized.
Do you guys also develop the website in another platform other than Wordpress?
Yes, we do. We can also develop your website in WIX, Squarespace, Weebly, or plain HTML/CSS. Please contact us more for more details.
