WHAT I NEED
A floor plan or sketch with dimensions, reference images, material and colour preferences, plus site photos or a Google Maps link.
Software: 3ds Max, SketchUp and Lumion.

What do you need from me to get started?
To begin, please share your space dimensions, a basic sketch (if available), any reference images or inspirations, and your preferred design style. We then get on a call to understand your exact requirements and goals from these renders to get started
Can you provide a 3D floor plan?
Yes, we can help to create a clean, professional 3D floor plan that showcases your layout in a visually engaging and easy-to-understand format
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch or idea?
Yes! We can model based on sketches, rough drawings, or concepts as long as key dimensions are included and discussed on a discovery call.
Do you offer animation or walkthrough videos?
Absolutely. Since most our work is with developers who need to accelerate sales cycles, we have seen animated walkthroughs of both interior and exterior spaces perform extremely well and can offer creating them for certain clients.
What is your revision policy?
We offer a set number of revisions - two - during the design phase to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Will the render match my references?
Yes. You approve the model, materials and camera view before final rendering, reducing reference mismatch and wasted revisions.
What resolution do I receive?
All package renders are delivered in 4K at 3840 x 2160 as high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. Larger print formats are available on request.
Do you use AI image generation?
No. Each image is a true 3D render built from the supplied floor plan and dimensions, making views consistent, accurate to scale and revisable.
