yes of course but it's also fine if you send just a 1080p mp4, since it will just be stripped down to frames manually.

What if I have a very low grainy quality source materials/video that I just shot on my iPhone or camcorder?
I love to work on those, especially with organic grains or with those vintage aesthetics of on old cam corder on digicam. It doesn't matter what quality as long as it's viewable lol
